Tired of your day to day? Looking for more flexibility in your role? Curious about technology and the options you have? There are endless reasons why a career change is on your mind and Centriq’s IT training program has them all in mind. Our program was created to help those with little to no experience in tech smoothly transition to the world of IT.
In just 4 months, you’ll walk away with all the skills and knowledge needed to start in a new role in IT. We’re hands-on, high-tech, and dedicated to learning designed for you. Learn more about our program by getting in touch.
“It was a great decision to go with Centriq because they give you all of the knowledge you need to know to get your foot in the door at a company, but they also do it relatively quick.”
"I finally decided that I was going to give Centriq a try and that was probably the best thing I’ve ever done... Make the leap. Make the dive because it could be the thing that changes your life."
“I didn’t need to go back to college and Centriq was 4 months and I could make this jump. I finished my last school year, did it during the summer, and by October 1 I was well into my new job.”
While you may be under the impression that a career change requires a new degree or a significant timeline, we’re happy to share that that’s not the case.
Centriq makes an IT career attainable even for those who have had no previous experience in the field. We do this in a number of ways. We pride ourselves on designing curriculum that’s not only beginner friendly but also current with tech advancements. We’re known for focusing only on tech in our courses. We also specifically incorporate real world cases into day-to-day coursework so that you’re ready to go the day you complete our program.
Our students succeed in our program because we’re there to support them every step of the way from the moment they show interest to the day they start their job search. Our team will walk you through your journey from beginning to beyond, so you have a clear idea of how this transition works and the resources you have to achieve your goals.
We’ve created a career training program that gets you in your new career now and not years down the line. Whether you’re interested in coding or cybersecurity, we have the resources, curriculum, and staff to get you prepared for a rewarding career.
The Centriq team is there for you every step of the way from navigating our programs and IT careers to succeeding in your coursework to applying for your first role. You can expect to cover a variety of hard and soft skills that make you the competitive candidate we know those in the tech industry are looking to employ.
Attend classes in-person or online from the comforts of your home with your cohort of other dedicated students. We supply hands-on training that gets you experience quickly without the need for long lectures. You’ll be led by a team of experienced, certified IT professionals, working through exercises and simulations with real world applications. At the end of your coursework, you’ll see it all come together in a final project that demonstrates the skills you’ve obtained.
You may be asking yourself “when is it time for a career change?” We’re here to tell you that can happen as soon as you’re ready. Non-IT to IT transitions can be intimidating but we ensure you’re thoroughly prepared for whatever comes next.
Our Career Services team is dedicated to developing our Employer Network for our students to utilize. This is a network made up of thousands of IT hiring managers at companies with a history of trusting and hiring Centriq graduates. This network of employers is always growing, and the team continuously identifies new job openings for graduates. The employers will also send open jobs directly to Centriq. This makes it even more accessible for our students to find jobs after completing the program whether it’s an entry level cybersecurity role or remote IT jobs.
