Microsoft Software Assurance coverage often includes free technical training. This means your organization may have Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV’s) that can be used to train your IT team for free.
These training vouchers can be used to provide technical training to your IT team at no out-of-pocket cost to you. But, SATV’s do expire at the end of your customer agreement, so don’t let them go to waste.
In March 2016, Microsoft announced that they were doing away with the Second Shot option for Certification exams. They are now offering three Booster Packs which deliver more options when purchasing a Microsoft Certification exam. These options range from practice tests to retake opportunities, allowing you to choose what you need to succeed.
