New CEH and CHFI Certification Maintenance Fee: What you need to know.
Information Security Training will begin charging an $80/year certification maintenance fee in 2016 for all individuals holding existing (or achieving new) EC-Council certifications, such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI). The fee will go into effect on January 1, 2016 and should be paid via the cert holders ASPEN account.
To offset the maintenance fee, any individual that is certified or recertified on or after January 1, 2016 is eligible to receive one free certification exam voucher upon completion of the applicable EC-Council Continuing Education (ECE) cycle. This free voucher ranges in value from $125 – $650 USD. Plus, if you redeem the voucher and pass the exam, you won’t need to worry about accumulating the required 120 CPE for the next 3 years!Read More
