In addition to technical skills, we also provide students with several opportunities to grow as professionals. We understand that employers are looking for candidates with the communication and problem-solving skills that are highly sought in the IT industry. Centriq’s IT Career Program also teaches other important “soft skills” like reliability, self-motivation, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, etc. With our Badging Program, employers can verify that our students have achieved their technical and professional development goals throughout their enrollment.
Students who earn the Featured Student badge have successfully completed the first half of their program. This includes attendance, participation, and professionalism. They have completed all of their assignments on time to date, and have attended all Soft Skill Seminars and events sponsored by Career Services.
