Bio

My name is Ira Stotler. I grew up in Manito, Illinois. I joined the Marine Corps in 2013 in the IT field. I am happily married to my wife 6 years now. We have two beautiful children Kathryn and Damien. I have studied and worked in the IT field for 11 years in positions ranging from Helpdesk to Field Technician.

Q: Why did you decide to come to Centriq?
A: During my studies, I found a passion for IT. I got my hands-on experience in the military and deepened my understanding of how networking and security go together. I came to Centriq to strengthen my fundamentals in IT and expand my knowledge.

Q: What class has been your favorite so far?
A: My favorite class has been Help Desk Fundamentals because of troubleshooting labs for PCs. I enjoy getting to work hands-on with the computer and being able to use problem-solving skills.

Q: What do you hope to do after Centriq?
A: I want to find a Career that provides stability for my family and myself and a company culture that I can be proud to be a part of.

Q: What other hobbies and interests do you have?
A: I am a huge Chicago Bears fan. I enjoy working and learning about classic cars. My favorite car is the 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1. I also enjoy playing lots of video games When I am not gaming, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family.
