Alumni Spotlight: Latanna “LT” Littlejohn

Since graduating from Centriq's Network Administrator program in 2008, Latanna Littlejohn has built an impressive career by continuously expanding both her technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Beginning in systems administration and support roles, she steadily advanced through positions of increasing responsibility before spending nearly eight years at ServiceNow, where she grew into global leadership roles focused on product success, customer experience, and enterprise strategy.

Today, she serves in Strategy and Portfolio Management at Humana, helping shape enterprise service management strategy while also consulting with organizations on operational improvement and technology adoption. Along the way, she has continued investing in her own growth through a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, executive education from Harvard Business School Online and MIT Sloan, and a passion for mentoring others.

Latanna has remained closely connected to the Centriq community as an Alumni Ambassador, sharing her experiences to help current students better understand the opportunities available in IT. She has also partnered with Centriq to help develop professional development content focused on building a strong personal brand—encouraging students to recognize that technical skills are only part of what drives long-term career success. Her willingness to give back is a great example of the impact our alumni continue to make, both within the industry and for the next generation of IT professionals.
