Meet This Month's Alumni Spotlight: Joseph Enderle
This month's Alumni Spotlight is Joseph Enderle, who was recently promoted to Senior System Administrator at Greater Kansas City Community Foundations | Greater Horizons.
Joseph's career path shows the kind of steady growth that comes from building strong technical skills and continuing to take on new challenges. Early on, he worked as an Overnight Operations Control Room Administrator at Waddell & Reed, where he described his role as "the secret little heart that kept Waddell & Reed ready to start their new business day." From there, he moved into an IT Support Specialist role at YRC Worldwide, Inc., worked as an IT Specialist at AMC Theatres, and later returned to YRC Worldwide, Inc. as an IT Support Specialist Tier 2.
Joseph attended Centriq's IT Administrator Program in 2016, where his training included desktop hardware installation and maintenance, building and managing Windows virtual machines, working with Active Directory and Group Policy, configuring DNS and DHCP, using remote tools and VPN connections, and managing Cisco switches and routers.
Joseph's recent promotion is a great example of what career growth can look like in IT. We're excited to highlight his success and celebrate everything he's accomplished since completing the program.
